It Looks Like It Will Be Senator Caroline Kennedy
Between New York Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver’s change of heart to support Caroline Kennedy, rather than question her readiness, and Governor Paterson’s “aides” revealing on condition of “anonymity” that Caroline will be the next Senator, it looks like it’s a done deal. I’m thrilled. I don’t think anyone should ever be penalized for who they are so I don’t buy into that whole royalty thing.
She will be a great voice for New York and a tremendous asset to this country.
Interesting development. I can almost hear the restless natives in the background while I type…

You two are so fast; I feel like a flunky!
Still not sure about this pick– Clinton’s term runs out in 2010 and there will be en election. I think that’s enough time for her to show her stuff.
I just hope she gets some practice in with the press; otherwise Bill-O and Limberger are going to have a field day.
